rocksboxrocksboxI am so excited to be working with Rocksbox to review their monthly box subscription.  This is my first box subscription of any kind and I’m busting at the seams about it. I have to tell you I was leery about subscribing to such companies but a friend of mine had a box and I thought, this jewelry is too good to not sign up. And just like that I was hooked. It doesn’t take much for me. I’m fan of sparkly things, cookies and wine.

If you’ve never heard of Rocksbox they are a jewelry subscription company that allows you to try out various pieces on loan. For $19 a month, each month you will receive 3 pieces based on your profile questionnaire. If you like one or all of the pieces and want to keep it, pay the difference at a special member discount price and its yours! If you don’t like what they send you then simply send it back when you’re ready and wait for the next box to arrive. This is an awesome deal per month considering the box they’re sending you is worth 3x the amount.

rocksboxThis is great for those who want to test the waters with various styles. You can get your toes wet and without the commitment of buying something and having it collect dust in the bottom of your jewelry box. It’s also great if you’re obsessed with accessories…which will just feed your habit even more cause you’ll just buy everything they send you. Which is cool, but I can’t be held responsible for your empty wallet.

Speaking of an empty wallet…I got my box the other day and this is what I got for April:

Aren’t those pieces great?!

The House of Harlow 1960 bangle is fabulous! I love all things black and gold. I need to get into more color but my go to night on the town colors are always this. This also looks fantastic when paired with the Gorjana Mika cut out earrings. They look big in the picture but they aren’t. They’re small enough to not weigh down your lobes but also just the right size to make a statement. The Urban Gem Erin necklace is a two-fold piece that can be worn either day or night, it just depends on how you dress it up or down.

If you’ve never tried Rocksbox but want to here’s your chance to try it for FREE! I am offering you first time members a free month when you enter “MommyRandRxoxo” in the promo code box at the check out. This deal will only last til May 15.  After that date you will get your first box 50% off. Still not a bad deal, free is just always better!

Watch my Rocksbox reveal on YouTube…

How did you like the pieces? Is Rocksbox a service that you would be willing to try? Are you already a #RBItGirl? Are you enjoying the jewelry? Have you purchased any of the pieces you received from your box?

Stay tuned as I will be doing my second reveal for May next month.

  4. Nice box the loot was on trend! If this the norm I would be in trouble, I could see myself keeping everything every month and building outfits around the items!

  8. Those are some cute pieces! I am always scared the spend money on jewelry because I am not a big jewelry person, but maybe if I didnt pick the pieces and made a point to wear them with a certain outfit like a challenge, then i’d wear them more!
