I need to take a poll and find out if I’m the only one who cannot step foot outside unless you’re wear shoe insoles. If not, then awesome for you! I used to be like you. In my 20’s I used to be able to put on any kind of shoe regardless of its support and frolic around the concrete jungle.

Now that I’m in my 30’s that would be considered a no bueno. If I get caught without wearing an insole less shoe or sneaker after a few hours walking around I will begin to feel the pain in my legs and hips. The pain can range from 3 or 4 to a 7 or 8, which would keep me awake at night.

These are infused with aloe, mineral and coconut oils, and feel great on my feet. I’ve been wearing these for the past week despite the fact the weather has been close to a hundred degrees my feet felt really great! Super soft and cool as a cucumber.

The only side effect is if you have bare floors they’ll give you a case of Risky Business.

But perhaps my favorite of the Airplus line are the Memory Plus insoles. These bad boys are serious. I put them in my hightop kicks and it felt like I was walking on air. But the true test was when I put them on the next day and my feet molded right back into place. They didn’t lose any cushion either. These are a must have for someone who is always on the move.

I gave the Save My Soles to my  daughter because she has sandals as well and I want to protect her feet before she gets older and has issues like her mom. The clear insoles are perfect for her as they stick to the bottom and won’t move. Now she too will feel as though she’s walking on air.

Now for the most important insole that any woman should own – the Ball-of-Foot and Save My Soles. These are for those nights on the town when you have a sitter and there’s no need to rush home at sundown. I haven’t worn these yet but they’re going in my luggage for my cruise next week.
