As much as dislike anything remotely holiday related before Thanksgiving there are always exceptions to the rule. And Momtrends IS that exception. This is the year end event to attend. While I have attended more than a few Momtrends events since I started blogging, this would be my first holiday event. Hosted in the Flatiron District of New York City (a hop, skip and jump away from 230 5th Avenue), it proved to be the great start to the 2015 holiday event season.

Pom Wonderful and Teleflora truly out did themselves with the food, drinks and decor. I tell you no lie if I could have taken that red arrangement with me I would. The picture does not do it justice. It’s the type of arrangement you never want to die.

All of the foods were prepared from the Pom Wonderful cookbook.

The lamb meatballs were something out of this world. I could eat them for the rest of my life. Thankfully POM gave us cookbooks with the pomegranate recipes and our very own pomegranates! I’ll try to recreate them for Thanksgiving but I have a feeling they’re gonna end up like those Pinterest fail memes and I will be left looking like…

mth5After eating more than my fare share of lamb it was time to check out the vendors who were showcasing this holiday seasons top trends.

My first stop was Cabi. They have transformed the way that women reatil shop. They bring their chic and classic fashions to your home! A stylist will help you select pieces that are perfect for YOU! And the best thing about Cabi is that you can get clothes at such a great price that there will no need for you to shop online or even deal with crowded malls.

They had some amazing pieces but the one that caught my eye was the white Furry Furry jacket. Talk about super soft, chic and timeless.

Anyone can host a Cabi event so get your girls together, send your partner and the kids away for a few hours and have a stylist come over to so you can get your fall/winter fashion shopping on.

Moving along, I made my way to Igloo travel containers. Whether your on a family trip or at a tailgating party these coolers are the perfect way to transport any and everything you need to keep ice cold.

Have any photos or holiday cards that need printing? Sure you do. Who doesn’t this time of year. I want you to meet Epson PictureMate PM-400. This bad boy right here allows you to print all of your photos and invitations right from your home.

Say good-bye to those ridiculous long delivery dates and worrying about if you’re gonna get what you need by Christmas (or any due date for that matter). This printer as you can see, will give you sharp and clear images that everyone will think that you had them done professionally.

And last but certainly not least, there was Tessemae’s.

mth12I had never heard of them prior to attending this event, and I quickly learned that they’re a company who makes all natural dressings and spreads. And when I say all natural, that’s exactly what I mean. Every ingredient is recognizable and pronounceable, which is what people look for when they are food shopping. While I’m not for for dressings and spreads, I’m very much the plain Jane, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the samples they had available. I’m so glad they gave me a bottle in the gift  bag as I plan on using it very soon.

And speaking of the gift bag, it was stuffed with tons of great items from all of the sponsors who helped make the event spectacular! Thank you Momtrends for hosting yet another great event. I look forward to next year’s soiree.
